The issue has been identified. We are experiencing intermittent network issues. Some customers may be unable to log in, messages may be delayed, and forms and reports may not display. Potential workaround is to temporarily use an incognito browser window.

We are seeing errors in our internal monitoring of some of our systems. We are seeing delays in some test messages being sent. We don't currently see any other impact to customer accounts but are continuing to investigate and monitor
