The fix for the issue affecting the beta Outbound Messages pages has now been rolled out to all accounts in our EU and US regions. The Sent, Drafts and Scheduled lists are loading as normal again, and we’ve confirmed everything is working as expected. Your messages and their data were not affected at any point.

Our engineering team has identified the cause of the issue affecting the beta Outbound Messages pages and has successfully tested a fix. The fix is now being rolled out to all accounts. As it reaches your account, your Sent, Drafts and Scheduled lists should start loading as normal again. We’re monitoring closely to confirm everything is working as expected, and in the meantime the classic listings remain available. We’ll post a further update once the rollout is complete.
