Accounts Hosted in AWS Oregon Were Unavailable
Incident Report for Act-On Software

AWS had a failure in one of their hosting systems, which caused some Act-On services to reboot. All traffic to accounts hosted in AWS Oregon was halted from 8:05-8:24 AM PST.

These accounts are now working as expected, and we will hold scheduled maintenance this weekend to prevent future issues in AWS.
