Summary
On June 24, Act-On customers hosted on adepci2 experienced an inability to access the platform. The issue was identified and resolved by approximately 07:47 AM PT, with full access restored shortly after.
Root cause
The incident was caused by an internal server fault that resulted in the application process crashing unexpectedly. This resulted in the platform becoming unavailable for affected users until the process was successfully restarted.
We have identified the underlying cause and are taking steps to prevent a recurrence.
